Barnet Fair is more than just a hair studio - it's the passion project of best friends Jazz (East London) and Charlotte (Kent) who have combined their 20 years of experience in the industry to create a unique and welcoming environment for their clients. After meeting in Ibiza they soon realised they shared a love for music, art, and Ibizan skies. They began working together in 2019 and it became clear they had a joint vision for their dream work environment, so the duo opened their own salon in April 2023. Through years of hard work, they have built a reputation for top-tier hair styling, delivered in a welcoming atmosphere that celebrates individuality and creativity. THE TEAM
JAZZ PARIS
Meet Jazz! She's one of our co-owners and a skilled creative colourist with more than a decade of experience in the industry. Jazz has a natural flare for hair and is your go-to-girl for all things related to colouring. She specialises in big colour transformations, natural highlights, soft balayages, vivids, and natural blondes. Jazz just gets it. Creating bespoke honest client journeys for each of her clients, Having worked in high-profile salons, Jazz maintains a high standard of work and excellent customer service. Her warm and welcoming personality is sure to leave you feeling beautiful and satisfied!
CHARLOTTE CLARK
Introducing Charlotte, one of our co-owners. With over 15 years of industry experience Charlotte is a passionate and highly skilled professional in the art of hair colouring. With a natural eye for colour, it was the first element of hair she perfected her craft in, She loves to create seamless blends, natural highlights, bleaches and creative colours. She brings a unique touch to each client's hair, crafting customised colour journeys, and always being honest about what’s achievable in each session. With her passion for completing the whole look, she also loves to cut and style her clients' hair to perfection. Charlotte goes above and beyond to ensure her clients feel comfortable, confident and at ease throughout their salon experience.
HAYLEY Mcfadyen
Hayley is an Actor, Writer, Poet and Nail Technician. She has been doing nails for 10 years for herself and friends before deciding to turn it into a new venture. She is originally self-taught but has also been guided by her wonderful mum who was a nail tech herself, she has also trained with Shoreditch Nails and qualified with Elizabeth Sands Beauty School. She specialises in natural nails and embracing your nail length and strength. Builder gel and gel nails only. She loves inventive and new designs and enjoys chatting to clients about their thoughts and making their experience with her a creative process.
JACK le-flay
Jack has over 13 years experience in the industry and has invested his resources into educating himself even further, including courses with the Sassoon Academy. Jack enjoys creating bold, graphic hair, in particular working with shorter hair. His attention to detail is second to none and he draws inspiration from eras such as the 80’s, 90’s and 00’s

Hi everyone meet our salon mascot Boo 🐾
Charlotte rescued Boo back in 2020 and the two have been inseparable since, Jazz is Boo's step mother and together they are the 3 musketeers!
One thing you must know about Boo she’s all bark no bite so don’t be afraid, she is as soppy as they come.
So if you see Boo knocking about the salon be sure to give her a little butt scratch she loves them!
